With more than ten years of experience in strategy, optimization, and transformation consulting, Eric brings a strong background in developing and implementing strategic processes for leading global financial institutions — including banks, asset managers, insurers, and fintechs.
Before joining AI Investments, Eric served as Director – Strategy & Corporate Development at Franklin Templeton Investments in Warsaw (2017–2024), where he led strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the group’s European and US operations.
His expertise spans the full data value chain — from defining and collecting data to evaluating quality, performing analysis, and generating data-driven recommendations. He combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of governance, sustainability, and operational excellence.
This appointment of Eric further strengthens AI Investments’ commitment to robust governance, compliance, and responsible innovation in AI-driven investment management.
